Preventive Health Scans: Exam Day Helpful Tips

To ensure your exam runs smoothly, we recommend you come 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We also ask that you remember the following:

• Please bring your referral form and your current Alberta Health Card.
• Please telephone us at least 24 hours prior to your exam if you are unable to keep your appointment.
• Take all prescribed medications as directed by your doctor.
• Please do not bring young children who require supervision.
